SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to process.

Shipping transit time estimate at checkout does not include order processing time. 

Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and all major Holidays

U.S. Orders over $79 that choose Free Standard Shipping at checkout, order delivery can take up to 5-6 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please provide a safe address to ensure the proper delivery of your order. Once your order leaves our location, we are not responsible for it. Refunds cannot be given for lost/stolen packages. 

We are not responsible for carrier transit or custom hold delays

Missing Package: If you believe your package is missing, we suggest waiting 24 hours before reaching out as in some cases packages may say delivered up to 24 hours prior to actual arrival.

Product pricing is shown in USD.

We currently offer international shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, and Mexico.

At this time, we offer international flat rate shipping by order price and all international transit times are provided at the time of checkout

Please note, International Shipping does not include insurance. 

Customs fees/taxes are not shown at checkout and are not covered by SVS Collection 

Note: For international orders check with your local postal office or customs office, as they may be holding the order for payment of customs fees. Refunds cannot be given for lost/stolen packages.
